Step 1: Download the YoungMinds App
Download Young Minds Parent’s App from the appropriate store:
- Android: Open the Google Play Store (for Android) and download Young Minds Parent's App.
- iOS: Open the App Store (for iOS) and download Young Minds Parent's App.
Note: The Young Minds Kids App cannot be used to set modes or manage settings. Use the Young Minds Parent’s App to create a parent account and manage controls.
Step 2: Start the Registration Process
Open the app you downloaded and tap Get Started on the welcome screen.
Step 3: Enter Your Details
Fill in the required information:
- Name
- Email Address
- Password (create a secure password)
- Phone Number
- Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the box.
Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the box, then tap Sign Up to create your account.
After registration, you can:
- Add child profiles
- Set a Parent PIN - this PIN is used on the child’s device to manage the app and access parental controls.
Step 4: Confirm Your Email Address
Check your email inbox for a confirmation message from Young Minds.
Open the email and click the confirmation link to verify your email address.
